Mark embarked on his yoga journey in 2012, initially drawn to the practice as a means of diversifying his exercise routine. What commenced as a physical pursuit swiftly transformed into a profound source of emotional and spiritual grounding.

With a dedicated emphasis on inversions and dynamic vinyasa flows, Mark's classes exude vibrant energy and prioritize strength development through inventive sequencing. Mark is passionate about nurturing self-awareness and empowerment in his students, urging them to attune to their inner voice and embrace the uniqueness of their bodies. His teachings are a testament to the power of yoga in fostering self-confidence and mental equilibrium.

In 2019, I embarked on my journey as a yoga practitioner and began exploring the therapeutic benefits of singing bowls. Prior to this, I had a successful career as a volleyball and handball athlete, representing the Hong Kong Youth Beach Volleyball Team. Through years of dedicated training and consistent athletic performance, I have gained valuable insights into the human body and its rehabilitative potential. As a result, I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of physical well-being and a holistic approach to health and wellness.

I enjoy practicing Yoga with others and sharing my knowledge and passion. Beyond the physical practice, I believe in the transformative power of yoga to promote mental and emotional well-being. The best thing about teaching Yoga is for me to spread out positive energy and love encourage everyone to approach their practice with mindfulness and intention, helping them to cultivate a deeper connection with their inner selves and live a more mindful and balanced life.

Michael NG

With a diverse background in endurance sports and a deep passion for yoga, Michael brings a unique blend of athleticism and mindfulness to his teaching. As an experienced RYT-200 yoga teacher, he has honed his skills in guiding students towards physical and mental well-being. Michael's journey in the world of fitness includes remarkable achievements, such as completing grueling 100km trailrunning races and conquering the Taiwan Round The Island Cycling challenge.

Recognizing the transformative power of yoga, Michael has dedicated himself to sharing its benefits with others. He played a pivotal role in organizing the yoga sessions for Reading 21, HSC's inaugural half marathon training program, where he provided participants with the tools to enhance their performance and find balance in their training. Additionally, his passion for teaching led him to deliver yoga classes at the University of Oxford, catering to a diverse community of students and faculty.

Michael's extensive experience extends beyond formal settings, as he has actively engaged in community teaching initiatives. Drawing from his own experience as an office worker, he possesses a deep understanding of the challenges and stressors that individuals face in professional environments. Through his yoga expertise, he has developed effective techniques to relieve stress, combat office syndromes, and promote overall well-being.
