Harbour Athletic Club's (HAC) Individualised 1:1 Online Coaching Program led by our esteemed Head Coach, Hideo Harry Loasby. Harry is a Japanese and British mix of who grew up in Hong Kong. He is the current HK national record holder in 3000m and the fastest known time for Lantau Trail.
