With his extensive background in utilizing strength and conditioning exercises to enhance sports performance, Mr Yuen has collaborated with numerous elite athletes, ranging from swimmers to long-distance runners among many other ball game players and coaching university teams.
During the webinar, Mo will combine his personal experience and try to answer the question which many runners face: whether a long-distance runner should do weight training. Would weight training be disadvantageous to marathon performance? Will muscle bulking adversely affect the speed? Shall we only concentrate on lower body exercise in the gym room? How can I get through the bottleneck and achieve a new PB through weight training?
